Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Processing Time:
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Standard Shipping:
  Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Bulky/Heavy Items:
  Products such as cots, dressers, and nursery chairs may incur an additional shipping fee due to size and weight. This will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Providers:
  We partner with leading courier services like Australia Post, TNT, and Allied Express to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
• Western Australia (WA) Shipping:All orders shipped to WA (bulky items) will be delivered via a specialised furniture courier. Please allow 11-13 business days from date of dispatch, to be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery.

 

Click & Collect

Currently, Cocoon Furniture does not offer a Click & Collect service. All items are shipped directly to your provided address.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries including New Zealand, Singapore, and select parts of Asia-Pacific.

• International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
